The famous Red Rocks Fall Fly In will be happening September 23 – September 28th! We welcome all current USHPA members from P2 to P5 and H2 to H5, and we will have a 350 limit on participation. 80 spots are reserved for XRedRocks participants. Come on out to the wild west to experience big flying potential with that small town feel!
Please try to arrive for official registration on September 22nd if possible! We will be hosting a locals-led clinic on how to fly our mountains that will be very valuable to those not used to our area. Clinic and registration will be moved to the Red Barn across from the LZ this year and serve as HQ. Pizza and beverages will be provided.
Red Rocks 2024 Highlights
- Goods from fellow pilot vendors at the Red Barn
- A satellite shop at the Red Barn with gear from SuperFly and a quick repair shop
- Food trucks and a coffee cart at the Red Barn
Your registration includes:
- A one month membership to CUASA. That’s right, we’re bundling this year to make check in easier. You’ll have the option of filling out the membership form online or in person. If you purchased the dual UHGPGA + CUASA bundle, we are happy to refund you your $10. Just email lindseyripaburns@gmail.com.
- A coveted Red Rocks long sleeve synthetic shirt.
- A locals led briefing that describes how to best fly our mountain sites including safety tips, common XC routes, thermal triggers, etc.
- Dinner at the speaker events. TBD, think bulk food truck burritos.
Your registration does not include:
- Rides to launch
- Retrieve
Before registering, please note the following:
- A GPS tracker is mandatory for participation. Examples include a Garmin InReach or a SPOT.
- Failure to provide GPS tracker information will cause you to forfeit your registration. The decision not to attend due to the tracker will result in forfeiture subject to our normal refund policy.
- If you register and other plans come up, please let us know ASAP! Our refund policy is
- Prior to May 1, 2024, full refund
- May 1 to Sep 22nd, $75
- After Sep 23rd, no refund
