Pioneer Day Fly-In
July 23–25, 2026
Monroe City
A free, club-member fly-in held in conjunction with Monroe City’s annual Pioneer Day celebration. This is a relaxed, community-focused event highlighting Central Utah flying and local traditions.
Event highlights
- Flying over Monroe City ahead of the town’s Pioneer Day fireworks show
- Participation alongside the city’s well-known Pioneer Day parade
- Community BBQ and breakfast hosted by the Monroe Senior Citizens organization
- Club-style flying with informal meetups and coordinated launch windows

- All daily schedules, launch windows, and coordination are announced via the CUASA Telegram group
Participation requirements
- Current CUASA club member
- Signed CUASA release form (included with club registration)
- No additional event registration required

Red Rocks Fall Fly-In
September 21–26, 2026
A curated, higher-eligibility fall fly-in focused on advanced mountain flying in Monroe, Utah.
Application and acceptance required prior to registration. Reduced pilot numbers and structured operations aligned with Monroe conditions.
Skills Fly-In #1
October 5–10, 2026
A supervised, skills-focused fly-in designed to build safer mountain flying habits.
Includes structured coaching, video takeoff analysis, kiting clinics, and weather forecasting instruction.
Skills Fly-In #2
October 19–24, 2026
Second session of the supervised Skills Fly-In program with the same structure, instruction, and requirements as Skills Fly-In #1.
